Frequently Asked Questions

We know how overwhelming it can feel to try sort through all the details for your wedding. Remember, we’re here to help.

  • When can I book my date with you? How much notice do you need?
    We open our diaries 1 year in advance. Most of our couples book in between 12 - 8 months before their wedding day. However, the minimum notice we would need is 1 month, as long as we have your date available. We require a signed contract and 25% deposit to secure your date. (However, if you are booking with 3 months notice or less, we will need the full payment up front). Dates are on a first come, first served basis.
  • Where are you located?
    We are based in Northamptonshire. However, we coordinate flowers for couples getting married all across the following areas; - London - Oxfordshire - Bedfordshire - Buckinghamshire - Warwickshire Can't see your county on our list? Drop us a message using our contact form, and we will do all we can to accommodate your request.
  • Is there a minimum budget or spend?
    We have a £1000 minimum although most of our couples spend £2000 - £6000 on flowers.
  • Do I need to know exactly what I want before I enquire?
    No, not at all. We do suggest though that you do a little research the types of designs you like – even if this means just putting together a pinterest board of your dream florals! But even one or two inspiration photos can point us in the right direction. You don’t need to have thought through every detail. We will send you through our questionnaire with all of the designs we offer and we’re always happy to provide suggestions and options for ceremony and reception styling ideas as well.
  • Can I give you a list of specific flowers I want?
    Unfortunately, we don't guarantee specific flowers. We are at the mercy of varying weather conditions that can have a significant impact on the availability of flowers. For example, Peonies are only available for a few weeks from mid-Spring (May - July) but the specific availability often changes from year to year, depending on how cold the winter has been and how wet the early weeks of spring are. Of course, you can always tell us which flowers you love and we will do all we can to include them, if they are available.
  • Do you offer hire items or do I need to supply my own candles & vases?
    We offer a wide range of hire items including vases, arch supports, cylinder vases, brass and glass candle holders, as well as centrepiece stands. Get in touch for our full style guide!
  • Do you offer wedding packages?
    We do! Run by Emily over at our sister florist - Aloe & Ginger. Wedding packages are suitable for micro weddings & elopements. Check out our wedding package page to find out more.
  • Will you deliver my flowers on the day?
    Absolutely, we’ll deliver all your flowers personally. We’ll coordinate the time and location with you during the planning process.
  • Do you have an exclusivity clause?
    Yes, we do. This means that it is understood that Amore Fiore will act as the sole and exclusive florist for your event. This is to protect the image of Amore Fiore from assumptions that might occur from the event’s attendees. Some exceptions may apply.
